Coleen Herron came to the Greg Sweet Auto Group as the Internet Sales Manager with 25 years experience in the corporate retail/software industry, being a business owner and consultant for the past 10 years in the sales/installation of retail software applications.

I have been in sales for over 20 years. Starting off in the snack food industry as a route salesman, I turned my attention to automotive sales in 1999. I have been working for Greg Sweet Ford ever since.
In that time, I have sold over 1,600 new and used vehicles. My customers are the great secret life line of my success. I’ve been fortunate to sell as many as 16 vehicles to just one customer. Almost all customers have bought more than one vehicle from me. What brings them back is my attention to providing great customer service. Wayne has a diverse background that includes long stints in on-air radio broadcasting at our local radio stations, helping people refinance their homes in the mortgage industry, and even selling cellular phones and service. He found the automotive business to be the most rewarding and customer satisfying of all. He began his new career path in early 2007, except for a short leave, he has been at Greg Sweet Ford ever since.
Growing up in Ashtabula County has helped Wayne develop long-standing customers and the knowledge to know what people want and need. A quality vehicle at a fair price is what drives Wayne’s daily business. Wayne strives to one day be a Finance Manager or General Manager at a Ford dealership somewhere.
When he is not at his desk, Wayne is involved in so many extra activities. He is President of the Ashtabula County Browns Backer's Club, Secretary of the Ashtabula Dart League, manager of a co-ed softball team at Lakeview Park in Conneaut, and owner/operator of his own mobile disc jockey business URWAY DJ's. Even with a plate full, Wayne still finds time to devote to his wife, Leesa (who is a nurse at Dr. Franley/Dr. Angerman’s office in Conneaut), and their twin sons, Kevan and Kyle.

Terrence has been involved in sales for most of his professional career. Since graduating from Ashland University in 1998, Terrence spent his first few years counseling adolescences with drug and alcohol problems. Later Terrence decided to apply his work ethic and enthusiasm through sales and marketing upon moving to Atlanta. He began working for a marketing firm dealing with credit card services and waste disposal companies throughout the Southeast region of the United States, moving up the ranks from an Outside Sales Rep. to the Campaign/Office Manager. In 2002 Terrence chose to start working in the Automobile industry and has never looked back since. In his short time in the business, Terrence has been a Salesperson, Sales Manager and a Finance Manager and has maintained his love of helping others achieve their car buying needs.
Outside of work, Terrence has a two year old daughter Tarynne and two wonderful step children named Ja'lyn(11) and Jewels(9) that he spends all his extra time with.
Terrence is an avid volunteer with organized youth athletic leagues. He coaches youth football, softball and basketball. He is the sprint coach for Lakeside High’s track and field team.
